Saudi Arabia's vision for 2030 outlines several strategic objectives, targets and outcome oriented indicators that are to be achieved by public, private and non-profit sectors.
Ministries of Health of Saudi Arabia and Finland have signed a Business Memorandum of Understanding, which will bring co-operation between Finland and Saudi Arabia for several years ahead.
Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia has already selected over 20 Finnish companiesfor co-operation and is open for discussing deals with several others.
The main target areas: • Health promotion • Prevention and early diagnosis of diseases • PHC/Family Medicine Training • Healthy Cities programme (experience sharing) • Home care, elderly care and rehabilitation • eHealth solutions • Skills and competences of health personnel • Environment/Occupational healthcare • Other areas of common interest on both sides.
This Team Finland visit is arranged in connection with Arab Health in Dubai, which is the largest gathering of healthcare and trade professionals in the Middle East and North Africa - MENA region. The 2018 edition of the event is expected to welcome more than 4,200 exhibiting companies and 103,000 attendees from 150+ countries.

Participation fee:
To cover the expenses, Business Finland will charge a participation fee for arrangements in Saudi Arabia and in the UAE on 24 January–1 February 2018:
- Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 1.275,- + 24% VAT per person
- Major companies: EUR 1.500,- + 24% VAT per person
Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. LEARN MORE
