6G Flagship – University of Oulu

6G Flagship focuses on developing intelligent 5G enabled applications and services and implementing large-scale technology pilots for selected vertical applications by capitalizing the 5G Test Network to be developed towards 6G. It is also aiming to create fundamental theoretical foundations of low-latency and highly reliable communications and networking, related RAN concepts, RF implementations, as well as intelligent networking and distributed computing solutions relevant for 6G. Building a strong international ecosystem around 6G research and development is a cornerstone of 6Genesis operations. 6G Flagship and the related 6G ecosystem is led by the Centre for Wireless Communications (CWC), University of Oulu.
