Visit to the largest island in the Bay of Bothnia, Hailuoto, only accessible by ferry or, in the heart of winter maybe a drive over on an ice road that makes its way through an amazing sparkling white moon landscape

Arctic Adventure on frozen sea by MeriRaahe
Experience the frozen sea and Raahe archipelago in the sleigh ride adventure. Together with our guide we head on a ride on snowmobile sledge over the ice covered sea. We make a stop on the sea to see the winter nets under the ice. Winter fishing in many ways is very traditional hobby for the Finns. Our journey continues to Iso-Kraaseli island where we enjoy a lunch at the traditional "Luotsitupa" pilot's cabin. If we are lucky during our trip we might see some grey seals on the ice. Total duration of the excursion is about 4 hours
