Digital Trust Finland will organize a webinar presenting the results of a market study focusing on the French e-invoicing market and its status regarding e-invoicing, analyzed market potential, and relevant opportunities for Finnish e-invoicing solution providers.

France has adopted legislation that will make e-invoicing mandatory for companies. This will create major business opportunities for e-invoicing solution providers, as French companies are still commonly using other invoicing methods. Companies will be subject to a gradual rollout plan for sending e-invoices between July 1st, 2024 and January 1st, 2026, based on the company size. All companies will be required to receive e-invoices by July 1st, 2024, regardless their size or ability to issue them.

According to the latest DESI report, only 23% of French companies send e-invoices suitable for automated processing, while the share is 83% in Finland. In general, French companies’, especially SMEs’ digitalization rate is quite low. France ranks 19th among EU countries in integration of digital technologies in business activities, while Finland ranks 1st. However, the pandemic has accelerated adoption of digital technologies and solutions in French companies, even in smaller companies.

There is a significant need for Finnish know-how on the field of e-invoicing, which is why we have conducted a market study focusing on the French e-invoicing market and its status. Join us in the webinar on Friday, August 19th to hear more about the results of the study and the opportunities for Finnish solution providers. The webinar is free of charge but requires a registration.
