Hannover Messe is one of the most important international platforms and hotspots for industrial transformation with excellent innovations or unusual products.
The event brings the core industrial sectors together at one location – from drive engineering, automation, energy, R&D and industrial IT to subcontracting. This is the place where exhibitors cross the boundaries of technology and industry.
The main objective of the Finland Pavilion is to be a functional show room for Finnish know-how. The stand will be an attractive meeting place for Finnish SMEs searching for distributors and partners. Companies also benefit from joint marketing efforts under the Finland brand umbrella.
Business Finland holds the right to cancel the Finland Pavilions at Hannover Messe in case there aren't enough registered participants by the end of February 25th. The order is binding upon registration.

Joining the Finland Pavilion
Join the Finland Pavilion for better visibility at Hannover Messe. There will be two Finland Pavilions at Hannover Messe, a larger main stand mainly for digital/service companies/products and a smaller stand for companies with more traditional physical components and products. The hall locations of the Finland Pavilions have not yet been confirmed.
The main Finland Pavilion will have a lounge area, storage room and a meeting room. The attending companies will be part of Business Finland's marketing actions and there will also will also be a digital brochure and all companies will be listed by name at the Hannover Messe exhibition catalogue. The companies will have their logos visible at the Pavilion and the companies with demo station will have their own lockable locker.
Business Finland staff will be hosting the pavilion and welcoming the customers and guests.
Choose between four stand options
The registration for the Finland Pavilion is now open. Binding registrations by February 25th, 2022. The registration is open until the maximum number of companies is reached. The packages are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. The registration is binding and will be confirmed via email within 5 working days.
Three options on the main Finland Pavilion (mainly for digital/service companies)
Virtual stand
- Logo visibility at the stand wall (together with other company logos)
- Pavilion as a meeting point, no demo booth
- Name at the company listing in the catalogue
- Possibility to pre-book Business Finland meeting room upon availability
The price for the Virtual stand package per company is 3000 euros + VAT. Note that the Exhibition Explorer can not be applied for the virtual package
Small stand
- Logo visibility at the stand wall (together with other company logos)
- Pavilion as a home base, small demo station at the center of the pavilion
- Possibility to pre-book Business Finland meeting room upon availability
- Shared brochure holder for your company brochures
The price for the Small stand package per company is 7 000 euros + VAT (This cost does not include State Aid)
Medium stand
- Logo visibility at the stand wall (together with other company logos)
- Demo booth next to the aisle with the company logo continuously visible
- Possibility to pre-book Business Finland meeting room upon availability
- Brochure holder for your company brochures at the demo booth
The price for the Medium stand package per company is 10 000 euros + VAT (This cost does not include State Aid)
Large stand (max. 4 companies) at the Smaller Finland Pavilion in a different hall (mainly for companies with more traditional physical components and products)
- Logo visibility at the stand wall (together with other company logos)
- Demo booth next to the aisle with the company logo continuously visible
- Possibility to pre-book Business Finland meeting room upon availability (located at the main Finland Pavilion)
- Brochure holder for your company brochures at the demo booth
There will be 1-2 table groups at the stand for short meetings. The smaller Finland Pavilion will not have a separate storage room or meeting room, but the companies are welcome to use the storage room and meeting room at the main Finland Pavilion.
The price for the Large stand package per company is 12 000 euros + VAT (This cost does not include State Aid)
Cleaning, construction and electricity costs will be divided among all the participating companies.
Exhibition Explorer funding in Business Finland
Business Finland offers funding for SME's for exhibitions. We award Exhibition Explorer grants to groups of at least four SMEs who are participating in a major trade fair in their sector that is held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, we will process the applications. The SMEs in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.
Exhibition Explorer can be applied for the stand packages mentioned above, excluding the Virtual stand.
