With her multinational living/working experiences from Uzbekistan to Denmark and Finland, Kamilla has tried it all as a student, corporate sales professional, spouse, and a local. During the last four years Kamilla has served immigrant community and business community as well as helped Finnish universities, municipalities, education institutions increase ownership of diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging topics, facilitate workshops on effective talent management programs from Oulu, Vaasa to Tampere, Helsinki and Turku.
