As a part of the Peace Process, Colombia is also developing its rural areas, and in connection to this, the country is interested in developing its forestry sector. Developing the education sector is also one of Colombia’s priorities and this offers great possibilities for Finnish companies.
Peru has one of the world’s largest reserves in extractive goods. The mining sector has been very interesting for Finnish companies for years now and this will continue in the near future. Peru is also interested in developing its forestry sector and aims at increasing the size of the sector.
