We invite you to join the Team Finland visit to India on 18 - 22 November, 2019 led by Mr. Timo Harakka, Minister of Employment.

Join the delegation to establish relationships with important stakeholders and to explore business opportunities in the sectors of Smart Mobility, Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence.

Prior to the visit Mobility as a Service (MaaS) companies will visit Pune and the R&D sites of the most important Indian car manufacturers.

Why India?

India is a fast growing economy undergoing significant changes in many sectors of the local economy and industries. These developments have redefined the whole business landscape. This together with active political dialogue between Finland and India brings remarkable business opportunities to Finnish companies.

India is witnessing rapid economic and social transformation, infrastructure development and a rise of the new, innovative startup generation. Team Finland is organizing a visit to Bengaluru, New Delhi and Pune to explore new business opportunities for Finnish companies and to support the operations of those already established in India. The delegation (excluding the Pune program) is led by the Minister of Employment Mr. Timo Harakka and focus areas are digitalization, artificial intelligence, mobility as a service and talent boost.

Participation fee

To cover the expenses of arranging the visit program in India, Business Finland will charge a participation fee:

- Micro Businesses and SMEs: 850 EUR + 24% VAT per person
- Major Companies: 1000 EUR + 24% VAT per person

Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above.
