Welcome to join the Team Finland visit to Moscow on 23 – 25 April, 2019, led by Ambassador Mikko Hautala. During the visit, the business delegation will be able to meet with leading Russian shipping, shipbuilding and oil & gas companies.
Team Finland will also organize an interactive workshop in Moscow for the business delegation about Russia’s localization requirements.
The leading Russian ship owners, United Shipbuilding Corporation and oil and gas companies are located in Moscow. Russian ship owners and Finnish maritime cluster have a long history of cooperation in ship research and development, design, building and operations. There is a large number of on-going and future vessel projects in Russia that are interesting for the Finnish Marine Cluster. These projects include vessels for the logistics and shipping of natural resources in the Arctic seas or in other sea areas with harsh climate conditions. Russian companies are focusing on green shipping, energy efficiency, safety and digital ships.
