The “dual circulation” strategy in China aims to foster resilience by emphasizing the “internal” circulation of the domestic economy over the “external” circulation of the global economy. When national protectionism rises, what can Finnish companies do? Cooperating with trustworthy Chinese partners for joint innovation projects could be the way to go.
Welcome to the info session on Finland-China joint innovation funding organized by Business Finland together with Finnish Business Council in Shanghai!
Business Finland has established numerous frameworks to support Finland-China innovation collaboration. We provide information sharing, organize innovation workshops, do matchmaking, give ideas for the projects and fund the most promising applications.
This year’s joint innovation calls with Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST) and with the provinces Zhejiang and Jiangsu are opened in May-June. In this information sharing session, the topics, deadlines and practicalities are walked through. Please note that we will arrange an online/on-site matchmaking event on 22 June 2021 (separate invitation will be sent for this).
