Team Finland China is organizing a business delegation visit to Nantong on Thursday April 8, 2021. The visit is led by Consul General Pasi Hellman.

Nantong has a very large maritime industrial cluster. There are more than 200 shipbuilding and offshore engineering companies including NACKS, CMHI, ZPMC, Keppel and WISON with total annual output over 100 million RMB yuan (12,5 million Euro). The special ships, high-tech ships, cruise ships and other high value-added orders account for more than 60%. The shipbuilding supporting companies are more than 300. The program will consist of shipyard visit and/or meeting with the Nantong Shipbuilding Industry Association.

Who is it for?

This visit is aimed for Finnish companies that are already present in China and identify themselves with equipment and solution providers in maritime and offshore industry; ship design companies; shipbuilders; ship owners; service providers or digital companies. Due to the current travel restrictions, the on site visit is offered only to company representatives who are already located China.

Kindly note, that if the participating company is not a Finnish company, participation requires that the Finnish company whose interests the Chinese company is representing as well as the relationship between the two companies, is specified in the registration form.

Practicalities
