Business Finland and the Finnish Latin American Business Council invites you to join in the webinar with the ambassadors of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay for a panel discussion on the latest political, economic, and business trends of Latin America!
Globalization has increased companies’ focus on international markets, with technological solutions as the propelling force of recent years trade relations. At the same time, Covid-19 pandemic has hit the global markets fiercely, including Latin America. The region, however, is showing expressive signs of economic recovery, with some key indicators, such as jobs on an upward swing as well as a positive prospect on the health front, with 64% of the population partly vaccinated against Covid-19.
Preliminary numbers show a 6.3% growth for Latin America in 2021, nearly reversing the 6.8% drop suffered in 2020. But what lies ahead in 2022? What can be expected of the new political cycle currently taking shape in the region? Where are the country economies headed after the pandemic? What kind of business partnerships can be built with Finnish companies? These are some of the intriguing questions the participants of the panel will discuss at our event.
The event is co-organised by Business Finland and the Finnish Latin American Business Council.
