China is heavily investing in innovation, while looking for new growth and competitiveness. This provides an increasing amount of collaboration opportunities. IPR is something that requires special attention when it comes to normal business but also when it comes to innovation projects. While typical IPR trainings concentrate on basic issues with remarks on technology transfer and IP contract issues, this webinar focuses especially on IPR issues that should be taken into account while doing joint innovation collaborations with Chinese counterparts.
