The Government of Zambia seeks to manage and enhance forest products and services to mitigate climate change, boost income generation, poverty reduction and job creation, and protect biodiversity. A group of leading Zambia companies in forestry, circular economy and renewable energy sectors are on a mission to initiate new collaboration options with Finnish companies. Both sectors are essential in tackling local development challenges and offer scalable opportunities for Finnish companies to form new partnerships with Zambian entities. Finnish public funding instruments are in place to support in levering those joint opportunities.
