Food from Finland invites you to join the Finnish food corner of Finland country pavilion in the 2nd China International Import Expo (CIIE). 

The 2nd CIIE will be held in Shanghai on November 5-10th this year. Finland will have a national booth of 136 sqm at the Expo to promote our country and companies’ images. Business Finland is in charge of organizing the national booth. Food from Finland is a gold sponsor to Finland pavilion. The Food corner will offer space to Finnish food and beverage companies to present their products and give food tastings.

Food from Finland will take care of the booth design, coordination, as well as media promotion during CIIE. The official social media accounts of Food from Finland will promote CIIE throughout the event and each participant during the event.

The participation fee for each company is 1000 EURO.

The fee includes

  • Overall booth design
  • Brand logo presentation at the booth
  • Press release to selected media

There are maximum Eight participants’ places offered by Food corner in Finland pavilion. Please confirm your participation through the registration link by 30th September. Registrations are binding.

About China International Import Expo

  • The 1st China International Import Expo (CIIE) held in November last year in Shanghai was a significant event. 172 countries, regions, international organizations and 3617 companies participated it.
  • According to the organizers, it received 800,000 visitors and total 57.8 billion USD deals were signed.
  • Finland participated the 1st CIIE with a Minster-led delegation and a Finland National Booth.
  • Around 100 Finnish companies participated in the CIIE in different ways.
  • Several Finnish companies signed commercial contracts or agreements for intended purchase with Chinese buyers.
  • According to Meltwater, Finland had a total of 229 unique media hits that reached 156 million people.

There were 8 Finnish food and beverage companies, more than 10 brands participated in Food corner of Finland pavilion in the first CIIE. Food from Finland Chinese social media accounts gained more than 2500 social media followers.
