Try a new way to exhibit your products
Foodex is the leading Asian food exhibition taking place near Tokyo in Japan and has been a great success for Finnish brands in previous years.
Food from Finland has reserved a Finland pavilion space for Foodex on 9.-12.3.2021. The final size of the pavilion will be confirmed on 18.1.2021 depending on the number of participating companies. Due to the Covid-19 situation, traveling to Japan is not recommended and therefore the next Foodex will take place in two ways
Option 1: For the companies having an importer / representative in Japan,
Price per booth 6400€ (excluding potential Exhibition explorer funding support for SMEs)
Option 2: Hybrid participation for the companies not having an importer
Price per booth 3200 € (Excluding potential Exhibition explorer funding support for SMEs)
Both options include:
Price does not include freight.
Exhibition Explorer funding for SMEs is available for both options when applied by the Finnish mother company. Please read more about the Exhibition Explorer funding for small and medium sized companies.
Food from Finland will take care of the promotion and visibility of Finland pavilion, and our staff will be hosting the pavilion and assisting the companies when needed. Food from Finland will organize a common storage space including water tap, fridges and freezers. All the participating companies are presented in the Food from Finland marketing on social media.
If possible, Food from Finland will also organize the already traditional pre-Foodex networking event for the Japanese importers and other guests, this time at the Metsä Pavilion in the Embassy area in Tokyo, on Monday 8th of March.
The registration to Foodex opens Dec 15, 2020 at 09:00 AM and will close on Jan 15th 2021.
If Foodex Japan / JMA needs to cancel or postpone the event due to COVID-19, Business Finland tranfers the pavilion reservation to the new date, to another event organized by JMA in Japan or to the Foodex 2022. In case the Finnish participant prefers cancelling the participation and not follow the other options, the conditions will be discussed separately.
