Food from Finland welcomes you to participate with us to Free From Functional Food Expo in Amsterdam.
Food from Finland will organize a country pavilion for Finnish food and beverage companies at the Free From Functional Food Expo – the only dedicated event for these product groups in Europe. In addition, Food from Finland will promote the pavilion and invest in its visibility.
Food from Finland staff will be hosting the pavilion and assisting the companies when needed.
The price of one company package is 7900 € + VAT including
There is also possibility to book more than one space at the stand.
- Planning, construction and dismantling of the pavilion
- Individual booths
- Graphic designs and production
- Furniture: table and two chairs, showcase vitrine and showcase bottom print file
- Freezer, cold vitrine possible with additional cost
- TV screen possible with additional cost
- Space in the storage room for warm and cold items
- Electricity, water and cleaning
Price does not include freight or travel costs.
The places are filled on “first come first served” basis and places for exhibitors will be shared in order of registration.

Please note our cancellation policy
Cancellation fee is 50% of the participation cost after binding registration. Cancellation fee is 100% of the participation cost if cancelled less than 90 days before the beginning of the trade fair.

Exhibition Explorer
Business Finland provides Exhibition Explorer funding to small and medium-sized businesses that are keen to grow and internationalize. The funding requires that at least four eligible companies apply for the Exhibition Explorer funding for the same international trade fair. The company must apply for Exhibition Explorer funding at least one day prior the trade fair. You can receive the Exhibition Explorer grant covering up to 50% of the eligible costs of the stand cost.
