Customer service
The customer service lines 1 and 2 are closed as of 12.12.2025. In matters related to the use of the funding e-service, you can send a support request via the message form. In matters related to Startup Permit, you can email our Startup Permit team. Read frequently asked questions or register to the My Business Finland online service if you are interested in our services. Later, we will provide more information on customer service in 2026.

Ongoing and completed projects
Ask your contact person about matters related to your project. You can find the contact person for your project in Business Finland's funding service. Log in to the financial service, select the organisation and select the project under it. Under your project, you will find the project's contact persons.
