Finland is one of the leading countries in civil protection and civil defense shelters. Ministry of Interior of Finland cooperates with Ukraine to support the development of legislation and construction regulations of civil defense shelters.
Additionally, the goal is build one pilot shelter and create an international coalition to finance the construction of civil defense shelters.
How does all of this work, where the civil defense shelters will be built primarily, who is responsible of the procurement, who are the customers, etc. These questions will be answered in this event by representative of Ministry of Interior of Finland.
