Global MedTech companies in Singapore produce a significant global share of high value products such as cardiac implantable, life sciences tools, and contact lenses. The country is home to more than 25 R&D Centres conducting a range of activities spanning voice of customer, product development, to digital innovation. Singapore has a growing base of more than 400 MedTech enterprises, across areas such as Digital Health, Interventional Devices, Robot-Assisted Devices, Diagnostics and Patient Monitoring Solutions.
The health ministries of Finland and Singapore are currently working on developing healthcare sector cooperation between the two countries. Digital Health Finland is organizing a business delegation visit to Singapore on April 27-29, and Finnish companies also have the opportunity to join Smart Health Asia trade show in Singapore on July 1-2.
