The Team Finland Network warmly invites Finnish health and life science companies to join a delegation to Boston and New York, two influential U.S. hubs for biotech, digital health, hospital innovation, and investment. The visit will be led by a high-level Finnish government official.

Participation fee

To cover the expenses related to arranging the visit in New York and Boston on March 23-26, 2026, a maximum participation fee will be invoiced as follows:

  • Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 1190 + 25,5% VAT per person
  • Major companies: EUR 1400 + 25,5% VAT per person

A 25% discount on the participation fee will be granted for each additional representative from the participating company. The participation fee will be invoiced after the visit, based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. The participation fee does not include flights or accommodation of the delegate nor meals outside the visit program
