A warm welcome to Business Finland's workshop, where you can have a concrete impact on the common direction of accelerating Finland's hydrogen economy!

In the workshop, we will work on the theme "Integrated network of hydrogen economy centers (hubs)" that emerged from the hydrogen economy study carried out last winter. The aim of the workshop is to gather experiences from functioning networks, brainstorm several ideas for an internationally functioning "network of networks" (common interfaces between hubs) and finally prioritize the results of the work.
This workshop is a continuation from the first workshop held in April. Summary of that workshop is available for you to read.
You are welcome to join this workshop regardless if you attended the first one or not.

By participating in the workshop, you will have the opportunity to present, share and hear views on how the cooperation of Finland's already running hydrogen economy networks could be promoted at the national and international level!

The event will be held at the Team Finland building in Ruoholahti on Tuesday, June 3, from 9 am to 12 pm. The event will be hosted by Ilkka Homanen from Business Finland and facilitated by Petri Munkki, a management consultant who prepared the national hydrogen economy report for Gofore, and Tuomas Mankki, a strategy consultant.

WORKSHOP AGENDA:

  • Workshop start, introduction and grouping
  • Expert talk: Introduction to hydrogen economy collaboration networks
  • Group work 1 – Making the current state of hydrogen economy networking visible – how, where and by whom are networks already being promoted? (gathering and mining views)
  • Coffee break
  • Group work 2 – The best-performing models and thresholds of collaboration networks – where is the friction, what can add momentum? (assessment and redesign)
  • Group work 3 – New accelerators of Finnish hydrogen economy national and international networking – how can we link different networks together in the future? (grouping and prioritizing)
  • Summary and next steps

We will send registered participants a short reflective pre-task before the workshop.

The event is intended only for Finnish organizations.
