Business Finland and MOST (Ministry of Science and Technology of China) are co-organizing a Finland–China Hybrid Innovation Pitching Event on Tuesday 17 October 2023 at 09:00 – 12:00 (EET Helsinki) / 14:00 – 17:00 (CST Beijing) in connection with the Finland-China S&T Joint Committee Meeting in Beijing.

The pitching event aims to help in

  • establishing R&D relationships between Finnish and Chinese organizations for the annual Finland-China joint innovation call and beyond, and
  • finding potential Chinese partners or customers for innovation-driven business cooperation.

As China is heavily investing in innovation, while looking for new growth and competitiveness after Covid, this pitching event can provide high visibility and good opportunities for business collaboration for innovative Finnish companies and also open new doors for R&D collaboration for all kinds of organizations.

You can participate the pitching event either as an on-site or online pitcher or online audience. From each of the topics, Chinese counterpart will select initially three pitchers from Finland and China.
