Business Finland, in collaboration with the Embassy of Finland in Poland is organizing a high-level business event on 1 September, 2025 in Warsaw. This event is tailored for Finnish defence industry companies eager to explore the burgeoning opportunities on the Eastern border of Europe.

The purpose of the event is to share information and prepare companies for the MSPO exhibition taking place in Poland from 2-5 September, 2025. MSPO is one of Europe’s most important events for defense industry insiders, military decision-makers, and experts. Over 750 exhibitors will showcase the latest military equipment and innovative defense technologies. The exhibition features conferences, debates, presentations, and numerous business meetings.

Why attend?

Poland is poised to become a leader in defense spending within NATO, with nearly 5% of its GDP allocated to defense in 2025. With a projected defense budget of $45 billion, Poland is updating its ambitious Plan of Modernization of the Armed Forces for the period 2025-2039. This includes expanding capabilities within the Cyberspace Defence Forces Component Command and forming a new type of component in the Polish Armed Forces - the Unmanned Weapons Systems Troops ("drone troops").

Practicalities

The event and bus transportation to/from Kielce are free of charge, but require pre-registration. There are a limited number of seats at the event, and they will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note that the organizers will not provide accommodation in Poland, travel to/from Poland, tickets to the exhibition, or travel insurance.
