Work in Finland, together with Team Finland network, are organizing a Team Finland visit to India (Delhi and Bangalore) on 17-20 November 2025.
The focus of the program of this visit is on attracting highly skilled specialists and researchers to Finland, identifying new talent pools, and gaining insights into India as a talent hotspot in deep tech. This visit is led by Mr. Matias Marttinen, Minister of Employment of Finland.
India presents significant potential for talent attraction for Finland. The visit is an excellent opportunity to discover new talent pools and to connect with deep tech talents.
This high-level visit, including senior company leaders and public officials, is an opportunity to gain strong visibility for Finland and for your organization.
Participating organizations can also build partnerships with educational institutions and key actors across the private and public sectors.
We will also visit Bengaluru Tech Summit, which is Asia’s leading innovation and startup business summit.
The visit is part of Work in Finland operations in India, aiming to support Finnish companies and research organizations in various aspects of international recruitment and talent attraction.

To cover the costs of arranging the visit to India, Business Finland will charge a participation fee.
Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation of the participant nor meals outside the business delegation program.
