Why aren't all of Business Finland's services open to all companies?
Some of Business Finland's services are open to anyone who wants it, but there are service-specific criteria for utilising funding, for example. Some of the criteria are based on legislation regulating state aid. Business Finland has a wide range of services, and individual services have the greatest impact when they are utilised at a suitable stage of business or development work.
