Business Finland offers services to companies seeking ambitious growth and to research and other organisations working with them. 

Business Finland's services are especially intended for companies that:

• Seek ambitious growth, especially through R&D activities or international markets
• Employ at least two people full-time
• Aim for productivity growth to renew the domestic market
• Develop bold innovations and renew business
• Able to develop their operations into international business
• Are willing to take risks
• Able to invest financially in their project

In addition, Business Finland offers, for example, energy subsidy funding, which can be granted to operators that do not aim for international markets.
