Company officers registered in the Trade Register, who has the right to represent the company alone, can continue to act as before. They do not need a separate authorization to make a funding application.
If someone other than such a company representative registered in the Trade Register is making the company's funding application, they will need a Suomi.fi authorization in the following funding services:
- Exhibition Explorer
- Market Explorer
- Tempo
- Accelerators and preparation for international projects
- Research, development, and piloting
- Co-Innovation, company participant
- Young innovative companies
- Deeptech Accelerator funding
- Innovation aid for shipbuilding
What does the Suomi.fi authorization entitle you to?
The authorization entitles you only to create a new application, manage the access rights of the opened application, prepare and submit the application. The preparation right remains for the lifecycle of the funded project, allowing the authorized person to prepare the reports needed for project monitoring, but not to submit them.
Also coming for use in the My Business Finland service in spring
The implementation of the Suomi.fi authorization is also being prepared for the My Business Finland service. My Business Finland is not part of the funding online service, so authorizations for My Business Finland will be given separately. News about this authorization implementation will be announced later.
