Aker Arctic specializes in development, design, engineering, consulting and testing services for ice going vessels, icebreakers, offshore marine structures, marine transport solutions and ports.

At Finnish Village: The simulator for Arctic Marine Operations presented in the event has been co-developed by Image Soft and Aker Arctic and is used by Aboa Mare training center. It takes into account the thickness and various textures of ice and their influence in hull physics and maneuvering, with validated accuracy.
