About program

The Feelings program vision is that in 2030 Finland will be the leading country in business driven by intangibles. The programme challenges Finnish companies to look for new ways of doing things and has the following objectives:

  • We want to make companies better understand the role of customer experience and feelings as innovation and business
  • We want to create new knowledge networks and unexpected partnerships between creative industries and other companies

Novel concepts and solutions that are based on greater customer value are created both in B2B and B2C business

  • Companies have new means to systematically build customer understanding
  • Multidisciplinary international research activity is increased, enhancing companies’ ability to convert their intangible assets into something tangible

Feelings program services

Through the Feelings program, Business Finland provides funding for research, development and innovation projects focusing on the development of intangible value creation. Finnish companies and public research organisations as well as foreign entities registered in Finland are eligible for the funding.

Feelings program provides various services to you. These include providing e.g. practical tools and guides on what creates value to customers and benchmarks of good business practices.

How to join Feelings program

Companies operating in Finland can apply for funding at any time. Academic institutions must follow the application periods stated in our newsletter and website. Contact us and we will tell you more.

The program organizes opportunities for you to build partnerships between programme participants and foreign research groups and companies. These opportunities include, for example, study visits and seminars organized together with foreign partners.
