Why was the theme chosen?
The Health 360 programme promotes the application of new technologies in the health sector both in Finland and in the most potential export markets. It supports Finnish organisations in creating new innovative ways of delivering health and networking internationally. The programme also builds opportunities for Finnish companies to meet investors and financiers. By supporting innovation in the health sector, we can build holistic well-being — both for health and the economy.

RDI activities
Developing solutions to international health challenges, such as population ageing, increasing chronic diseases and lack of healthcare resources
Taking the future into account
Creating sustainable and predictive healthcare processes using technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and data analytics
Networking
Supporting new partnerships and cooperation, for example, between wellbeing services counties, companies, research institutes and foreign actors
Increasing competitiveness
Supporting the creation of regulatory knowledge and innovation
Business Finland's goal for the programme
With the Health 360 programme, we aim to create well-being for both people's health and the Finnish economy.
The programme aims to:
- Funding companies' research and development projects with a total of EUR 85 million by the end of 2028
- To build several multidisciplinary cooperation projects between research organisations and companies
- Helps in acquiring new partners, financiers and customers
The Health 360 programme is part of Business Finland's Healthcare Reimagined 2035 mission.
Roadmap
2024 – Launch
The programme was launched and the first cooperation networks were formed.
2025 – Expansion and international cooperation, RDI activities related to the programme
Numerous international networking events, the biggest being Osaka Health Day in Japan and HLTH 2025 in Las Vegas USA.
2026-2028 Strengthening and growth
The number of participants in the programme and the range of services will increase. Financial advice and RDI support will be used more.
2028 – Target state
Finland has strengthened its position globally in digital healthcare solutions and has a positive impact on healthcare regulation and disease prevention. The carrying capacity and sustainability of healthcare have strengthened.
