Welcome to an info webinar on the upcoming Chips JU 2026 calls and their key focus areas!
In 2026, the Chips Joint Undertaking will launch calls that address a broad range of strategically important topics for Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem. These include, for example, power electronics, photonics, chip-based health technologies, and 6G radio communication systems. In addition, several calls will target quantum technologies, covering quantum chip design, quantum design tools, and enabling technologies for quantum chips. The work programme will also place emphasis on skills development and training, supporting initiatives that strengthen Europe’s talent base in chip design and semiconductor technologies.
During this one-hour info webinar, we will provide an overview of the Chips JU upcoming calls 2026, present their thematic focus areas, and outline the relevant national funding criteria. This session will help potential applicants understand upcoming opportunities and prepare for successful participation.
