This session is based on a recent study commissioned by Business Finland and conducted within the Flexible Energy Systems (FES) program. The study provides a structured view of Finland’s data center value chain, including key actors, ecosystems, research, and competitive strengths. Particular attention is given to energy-related innovations such as efficiency, flexibility, and heat recovery, as well as the broader role of data centers in the energy transition.
