Business Finland has requested the European Investment Bank's (EIB) support to undertake an advisory project focused on maximising the impact and benefits of Finland's Technology Transfer Programmes. The focus of the assignment was on assessing various funding sources, proposing a relevant investments strategy and developing a methodology for technology transfer data management.
