India has had recently achieved success in building electric and hydrogen powered passenger boats as well as autonomous ferries. Indian shipyards are undergoing significant infrastructural transformation and technological upgrades to meet domestic as well as international orders, positioning themselves as a hub for construction of small and medium size vessels.
A well-known Indian shipyard is widening its supplier base. It has listed its requirements to Business Finland where they are looking for technology partners. Business Finland is organizing an online meeting with the Indian shipyard on 24.9.2024 at 09:00am Finnish time. The meeting includes a presentation by the company and a separate, by-invitation-only pitching session.
