Business Finland, the Embassy of Finland in Poland and CPK Poland invite Finnish airport technology and solutions providers to join the Airport Technology and Airport Development Workshops in Warsaw. The event will be a unique opportunity for Finnish companies to learn more about the leading Polish infrastructural investment, engage in individual discussions with relevant decision-makers and present their offering during a dedicated Polish-Finnish meeting.
Poland is developing a transfer hub between the major cities of Warsaw and Łódź: CPK (Centralny Port Komunikacyjny). The hub will integrate air, rail and road transport. The development includes construction of a major airport that will become a key Central European transport hub. First construction works are expected to begin in 2023, while the initial part of the airport is scheduled to be operational during 2028. The project is now in the key planning and design stage and international experiences are much welcome by the company developing and supervising the investment.

Who should attend
Finnish companies with customer references from airports or other large infrastructure/public building projects who are interested to present their solutions towards the client are invited to participate in dedicated Polish-Finnish workshops with the following thematic focus:
- Airport systems, IT systems
- Connectivity at the airport
- BIM, digital twin for the airport infrastructure
- Sustainable aviation fuel
- Green energy and energy management at airports
Practicalities
Participation in the event is free of charge for the Finnish companies. Companies are responsible for booking and covering the cost of their travel and accommodation in Warsaw. Business Finland will suggest recommended accommodation and can assist with local practicalities, if needed.
