The 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) will be held in Shanghai from 5 to 10 November 2023. Finland has been offered a national booth at the Expo to promote Finnish offerings and Finnish companies. Team Finland network is now inviting you to join the Finland National Pavilion as a sponsor.
Over 450,000 visitors attended the 5th CIIE in 2022, resulting in a total of USD 73.52 billion in signed deals. Every year, no fewer than 100 countries, regions and international organizations participate in CIIE as exhibitors.
The 6th CIIE will be held in Shanghai from 5 to 10 November 2023. Once again, Finland has been offered a National Pavilion space of 136 sqm at the Expo, providing an exceptional platform to showcase Finnish offerings and companies.

Sponsorship packages
Two sponsorship packages offer visibility at the Finland National Pavilion at the 6th CIIE in November 2023:
Package 1
Price: 10 000 €
- if invoice paid in Finland 24% VAT will be added
- if paid in China 9.42 % will be added for official receipt “fa piao”
Package includes:
- Company logo to be shown at the Finland Pavilion with priority in logo placement;
- Company VIP event (max attendees tbc) at Finland Pavilion, supported on site by the Finnish officials. During the private event, video of the company products/services will be shown on the LED screens at the stand (no other companies' video will be shown during this time);
- Four-page company introduction including product pictures in the Finland delegation brochure;
- Company materials to be distributed in the Finland gift bags at the pavilion;
- Video (long) of company logo, products/services will be repeatedly shown on the LED screens (except for the hours of individual company VIP session)
- Photo folder for photos taken by the event photographer at the pavilion;
- Priority in media promotion incl. sponsor introduction sentence in the press release;
- Possibility to assign invitees for the reception held at the Consul General's residence (nr of guests per company tbc)
Package 2
Price: 3 000 €
- if invoice paid in Finland 24% VAT will be added
- if paid in China 9.42 % will be added for official receipt “fa piao”
Package includes:
- Company logo to be shown at the Finland Pavilion logo wall;
- Two-page company introduction including one picture in the brochure of the Finland delegation;
- One piece of company material to be distributed in the Finland gift bags;
- Video (short) of company logo, products/services will be repeatedly on the LED screens (except for the hours of individual company VIP sessions)
- Access to photo folder
Practicalities
The sponsorship package fee is invoiced prior to the event after the delegation has been compiled (min 15 companies) and a binding contract regarding the Finland Pavilion with CIIE is signed.
Kindly note that the sponsorship packages do not include flights, accommodation or the local ground transportation of the participant.
Food companies: If at least 5 Finnish food companies take part in CIIE, Food from Finland program will join the preparations and offer their support to the companies. Kindly note that packages mentioned above do not include food preparation or cold storage equipment nor possible shipping and customs fees.
