Team Finland network China is organizing a local business delegation visit to Zhejiang province (Hangzhou and Ningbo) on 14 - 16 June 2023, led by Ms. Anu Vuori-Kiikeri, Consul General of Finland in Shanghai. The focus of this visit is Industrial Digitalization (incl. digitalization, automotive, maritime), Carbon Reduction (incl. energy, sustainable construction and sustainable packaging) and Health (MedTech, digital health).
Zhejiang province is located at Yangtze-Delta Area, close to Shanghai, spans approximately 100,000 km2 and has a population of 55M. The GDP reached 1,02 trillion Euro in 2022, an increase of 3.1% from previous year, ranking No. 4 in China.
Zhejiang is one of the most developed and wealthiest provinces in China, meanwhile Zhejiang is taking the leading position in industrial digitalisation, e-commerce, logistics, maritime and sustainable development
Who Shoud Attend?
This visit is mainly aimed for Finnish companies that are already present in China and identify themselves with Industrial Digitalization (incl. digitalization, automotive, maritime), Carbon Reduction (incl. energy, sustainable construction, and sustainable packaging) and Health (MedTech, digital health).
Kindly note, that if the participating company is not a Finnish company, participation requires that the Finnish company whose interests the Chinese company is representing as well as the relationship between the two companies, is specified in the registration form.
Practicalities
To cover the expenses of arranging this visit, Business Finland will charge a participation fee based on actual. The participation fee will be charged after the visit when the costs are known. The estimated participation fee is max. 500 RMB/person. The price is subject to surcharges. See more information in the registration link.
