Business Finland is organising a webinar on 25 June to showcase the Finland’s national data center offering to Rönesans Holding who is planning to build three data centers in Europe and in Türkiye.

Rönesans Holding is one of the most established and well respected international contractors. It ranked 9th amongst “World’s Top 250 International Contractors” in Europe, while retaining its first place in Türkiye.

The Turkish Data Center industry is still nascent and there are some areas where service quality requires major improvements. This gap offers a great opportunity by addressing the rapid growing market demand. As an already experienced contractor on data centers, Rönesans Holding is now intending to evolve its role to investment and operation phase.

Market volume for data centers in Türkiye is 272 MW and expected to grow to 474 MW in 2029, with a compound annual growth rate of 9.70%.

The growing digital transformation across various sectors, such as finance, healthcare, and education, drives demand for data centers in Türkiye.

The increase in digital services and online platforms necessitates reliable and scalable data center infrastructure. The rise of cloud computing and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has significantly increased the need for data storage and processing capabilities.Data centers play a critical role in supporting these technologies by providing the necessary infrastructure. On the other hand, economic growth and the expansion of the IT sector in Türkiye create opportunities for data center development.
As businesses grow and expand their operations, the demand for data center services increases.
