Business Finland is organizing an Industrial Cybersecurity Trade Mission to France, on June 5-6, 2024. The highlight of this mission will be a business networking session, conducted in collaboration with CESIN, scheduled for June 6, 2024.
This event provides Finnish cyber security companies a unique opportunity to meet CISO’s of French companies in the industrial, utilities and logistics sectors, for creating and expanding business networks as well as gaining valuable insight on market entry, potential growth areas and current situation of Industrial Cybersecurity in France.
CESIN is the main French CISO association. CESIN members are CISOs of SMEs and top 50 Major French companies including names such as: ArcelorMittal; Ariane Group, Arkema, Renault, Danone, Airbus, Sanofi, Schneider etc. Complete list (In French). The Industrial sector represents 10 percent of the French GDP. One of the outcomes of this digitalization process is the exposure to cyberthreats. Industrial sites in France are more and more targeted by cybercriminals especially with ransomware attacks.
The logistics and French utilities are more and more targeted by cyber-attacks (Greater Paris wastewater agency was targeted on November 23rd 2023) and these companies are looking for solutions to protect their critical infrastructure.
The event will provide opportunity for Finnish companies to join the panel discussion, introduce their solutions in front of an audience of French CISO (members of CESIN) and network/ have 1-to-1 meetings with French companies and potential buyers.
