Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MoST) will visit Finland in November to participate in state-level science and technology consultations hosted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland.

This event will serve as a dynamic platform to exchange ideas, explore collaborative opportunities, and build partnerships in cutting-edge technology sectors. Whether you are seeking new connections or aiming to showcase your expertise, your presence will contribute to the advancement of bilateral cooperation and innovation.
The thematic areas of the matchmaking event – climate change, circular economy, sustainable development and health – reflect the science, technology and innovation cooperation priorities mutually agreed between Finland and China in October 2023.

Who should attend?
Finnish companies, universities, and research organizations interested in or already operating in the Chinese market and interested in cooperating with Chinese counterparts in innovation or business dimension.
Practicalities
Attendance at the event is free of charge, however, it requires a registration. When registering, please indicate are you interested in participating as pitching company or non-pitching attendee. Please note that there are limited number of seats and priority will be given to the pitching organizations.
Pitching organizations are requested send their presentation materials in PowerPoint format (possible to edit) to Ms. Elisa Yu (elisa.yu@businessfinland.fi) latest on 5 November 2025.
The presentation materials should be bilingual (English and Chinese). Companies can provide bilingual materials or Business Finland can translate the materials.
