Business Finland invites Finnish companies in the fields of smart manufacturing and logistics to join a business delegation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 22–27 November 2025.
This high-level visit offers companies the opportunity to explore one of the Gulf region’s most dynamic and investment-driven industrial markets. With growing demand for automation, digital transformation, and sustainable manufacturing under Saudi Vision 2030, the mission will focus on building business connections, forming strategic partnerships, and unlocking market opportunities with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors.

Practicalities
To cover the expenses of arranging the visit program in Saudi Arabia, Business Finland will charge participation fees of:
- Major Companies: 1250 EUR + 25,5% VAT per person
- Micro Businesses and SMEs: 1060 EUR + 25,5% VAT per person
Business Finland will invoice the participants after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation of the delegate nor WAM ticket or meals outside the delegation program. The visit is carried out if at least 10 companies register.
