You are welcome to participate in an cross-country (AT, DE, FI) online webinar ERC & EIC - Sharing experiences: Crossing the gap from basic research to innovations. The spotlight will be put on the ERC Proof of Concept, the EIC Pathfinder and the EIC Transition grants.
Following a crisp overview on key features of these funding opportunities, the session will bring together the perspectives of a successful applicant and evaluator, another evaluator and an innovation manager:
- Risto Ilmoniemi (Aalto University, Finland),
- Georg Buchtela (Business Consultancy, Vienna, Austria) and
- Monika Sienknecht (Kiel University)
who have kindly agreed to share their main insights and tips.
The online session, held in English, addresses in particular the following target groups:
- ERC Grantees, including ERC Proof of Concept Grantees, who have conducted application-oriented research and are interested in research transfer;
- EIC Pathfinder applicants and beneficiaries;
- EIC Transition applicants and beneficiaries;
- Tech Transfer Office (TTO) representatives, research managers and administrators at universities and research institutions, as well as enterprises seeking to explore funding opportunities at European level.
