If you suspect that the wrong person has joined your organization in the BF ID service, log in to the BF ID service. In the service, you can see all the people in your organisation and their user IDs, i.e. email addresses, on the 'Organisations' tab. First, contact the member in question. If you're sure that the person isn't part of your organization, you can remove them from your organization. 

If you suspect that there are still problems with the members of your organisation, please contact the user support of Business Finland's e-service.
