The BF ID is personal. Each user must create their own account. After creating a BF account, you can become a member of a company or organization by receiving an invitation from another member.

You can invite your colleagues to join the same organization you are already a member of. After receiving the invitation, your colleague must create their own BF account if they do not have one.
