Defining the future of food

The 2-day Finnish Food Summit in Helsinki is addressed to Finnish food industry and related stakeholders. The goal of the event is to find common views of the future food industry, stimulate discussion and create ideas to inspire the direction the industry is going. What are Finland's strengths and how do we build the visibility of our expertise globally? What are the tools for Finnish companies for growth and cooperation?

Day 1

Future of Finnish Food  

On first day the future of food is being discussed by global as well as domestic food industry experts and stakeholders. Global challenges are driving the food industry to changes also in Finland. Which are our strengths and how do we challenge the other countries?

Finland is a small player in the global food market and therefore our strength is based on strong cooperation. How can we further develop this cooperation between companies, public sector, research institutes and other industry stakeholders in the future and what are the tools for that?

The second summit day is targeted to increase Finnish companies´ knowledge about the digital business world to understand the importance of data, digital commerce and new retail trends as the way of making successful business.
