THE NORDICS+ PAVILION
Business Finland invites you to join the Nordics Pavilion for better visibility at Smart City Expo. The Nordics+ Pavilion will collect together companies and participants from Finland, Sweden, Norway and Latvia.
You will have the opportunity to join the Nordic delegation activities such as Business Forum on the 14th November. All exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase their company and solutions on stage at the Nordics Pavilion. Nordic networking dinner will be organized on November 15th where you have a chance to come across with participants from other delegations.

The conference ticket will give you access also to the exhibition. The EXPO ticket may be possible to upgrade to a conference ticket, exact cost will be communicated later.
The stand package does not include internet connection. If you need additional internet connection, please contact Business Finland.
All stand packages (single, double and triple stands) include one normal screen 43". For additional and/or bigger screens, please contact Business Finland.

Single stand: 9 000€
Double stand: 15 000€
Triple stand: 20 000€
NETWORKING PACKAGE
If you wish to join the Nordics delegation but not require your own stand with stand visibility, we offer the possibility to join some activities with a networking package:
- conference ticket, that also gives access to the expo
- networking dinner
- Business Forum on November 14th
- Pavilion access for water and coffee
Price: 1000€ + VAT
Please notice that prices are yet to be determined. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. The final price to be invoiced will be communicated before the expo. Also kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following carefully before registering.
Price
- The exact price to be invoiced will be communicated before the Expo. This price won't exceed the cap prices indicated above.
- The registration is binding upon registration and will be confirmed within five working days
- The Company is responsible for applying for the Exhibition Explorer funding by themselves
- The order is binding regardless of the funding eligibility
- The price does not include company-specific cargo fees for corporate materials such as brochures, demo tools, etc.
- The price does not include travel arrangement services such as booking hotel rooms or flights. Accommodation and travel arrangements must be taken care of by the companies themselves. In case of exhibition cancellation due to COVID-19 etc, Business Finland will not compensate any travel or hotel costs to companies.
- Any special arrangements in the stand that is not included in Business Finland package must be ordered and paid separately. Please coordinate with Business Finland.
- Roll-ups are not allowed at the stand
- The prices include the items listed in the description of the exhibition package.
Invoicing and terms of payment
- Term of payment is 14 days from the date of the invoice.
- The current value added tax will be added to all charges.
Validity
- The registration is open until enough companies have registered.
- The packages are sold on a "first come, first served" basis.
- The order is binding upon registration.
