Business Finland is organizing a matchmaking event in Vienna, Austria on 12th October 2023. The Finnish companies will have an opportunity to present their offering, meet and discuss with potential customers and business partners as well as explore related business opportunities and gain valuable insights to accelerate market entry to Austria.
Vienna is successively investing in the renovation and renewal of its clinics in order to prepare for the growing city in the coming decades. As a part of the largest and most comprehensive investment program in the history of Vienna Healthcare Group, the hospitals will be completely modernized by 2040. For the 1st phase that continues until 2030, 3.3 billion euros will be available from the Vienna city budget. In addition to this, funds are drawn from the Vienna Health Fund. The city of Vienna has eight clinics and one therapy center that serve annually over 230 000 patients and 4,7 mil. ambulatory visits.
In addition to public Viennese hospitals, other large federal hospital providers and private hospitals are invited to join as well as some local industry partners.
The day is tailored for Finnish HealthTech and Digital Health companies providing innovative solutions that relieve the burden on medical staff, especially:
- documentation and reporting automatization
- AI solutions
- AI/ML and data driven digital healthcare solutions
- decision support
- improvements in the self-management and empowerment of patients
