Business Finland’s Low carbon built environment program and the Embassy of Finland are organizing a trade mission to Slovakia. The purpose of this trade mission is to identify business collaboration opportunities for Finnish companies and get direct contacts in the Slovak market. During this two-days trade mission, Business Finland and the Embassy of Finland will organize tailored B2B meetings, networking event and a visit to premises of local stakeholders.

Why Slovakia?

In the Slovak commercial real estate market, the pressure to align with the ESG concept is increasing. New sustainability obligations will affect not only large companies, but also their suppliers - small and medium-sized companies. Typical energy savings solutions like insulations of the facades, heat pumps, and low energy lighting have been supported by state grants for several years.

The leading development companies are searching for partners or suppliers of sustainable solutions on the international markets, and they are looking for the best ones. Moreover, the Slovak RE developers are active internationally and therefore they can be partners on international markets and not only in Slovakia.
