CITTC (The China Jiangsu Conference for International Technology Transfer and Commercialization) is a business-oriented conference organized every two years, concentrating on new technologies/innovations and the Yangtze River Delta area (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui).

The conference includes a few business-to-business matchmaking events with an innovation twist. These events are hosted by some of the most innovative countries in the world, traditionally including e.g. Finland, Singapore, Japan and Israel. Finland has in the past successfully hosted many innovative business matchmaking events with proven track record of new contacts and collaboration for Finnish companies by including both general pitching session and separate one-to-one sessions.

Also, the Finnish event at the CITTC 2022 includes two parts:

  • Matchmaking hybrid event with pitch talks on November 10, 2022
  • Online one-to-one matchmaking discussions on November 11, 2022

As China is heavily investing in the innovation area, while looking for new growth and competitiveness, this matchmaking can provide high visibility and good business collaboration opportunities for the innovative Finnish companies.

Follow this page to get more information about Finland-China Innovation Collaboration.

Who should attend?

Finnish companies interested in the Chinese market and wanting to enter the market, or Finnish companies already operating in the Chinese market and wanting to expand the operations. Due to this year’s thematic priorities, the pitching companies should have their focus on digitalization, health, and green & sustainable technologies.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM

Practicalities

Attendance to the hybrid event is free of charge, however, it requires a registration via the link above. Depending on the COVID-19 situation in China, the event will be organized in either hybrid or total online format. Participation from Finland is through the online option for both pitching companies and for audience.

Business Finland will confirm the registered pitching companies by 15 October 2022 if they have been selected by Jiangsu organizers for the pitching session. The companies not selected as pitchers are welcome to join the event as audience.

A participation link will be sent to the registered online participants prior to the event.

Please notice that the event has English-Chinese simultaneous interpretation.
